Another Strivers Row house has just appeared on the market for $2.45 million and this landmark home formerly belonged to notable African-American composer Will Marion Cook. Number 221 West 138th Street has a garage out back like most of the other Strivers Row homes and appears to have almost all of the interior original details intact (although it probably needs a touch up). This is the fourth townhouse to appear on the market within the Strivers Row Historic District in the past 6 months and is currently the only one that does not have a contract out or has been sold.
