REVIVE: LAST OF THE HARLEM SHELLS

Even up to about 5 years ago, an average Harlem block had a handful of abandoned shells even though many of the other renovated brownstones in the area were selling for record prices.  While walking around Central Harlem in the past few weeks, we noticed now that maybe one or two empty buildings remain in each location since many of the blocks have been fixed up at this point. Only a couple of areas along 126th Street and West 119th Street just east of Lenox seem to still have a few homes really in need of responsible new owners but some of these townhouse have also been recently sold.
