SHOP: CUSTOM NEON AT FILTERED CAFE

UPDATE:  ADDED THE NEW NEON THAT WAS ALSO INSTALLED ON FDB AND 118TH TODAY AT MESS HALL. NEXT DOOR AT DOUBLE DUTCH ALSO HAS ONE THAT SPELLS OUT COFFEE.

Things are finally happening quickly for Hamilton Heights' next cool coffee shop.  The guys behind Double Dutch and Mess Hall are now opening a caffeinated cafe a bit further north on Amsterdam and 140th which promises to officially make the blocks by City College the place to be for 2015.  A new custom made neon sign that advertises the establishment's offerings has now just been installed and we have been told that similar signage will also go up today at the sister shops on FDB.   Some great design is really coming to the neighborhood and the interior look within will be something that folks have not seen yet in Harlem.  Filtered might actually even open by early April but those who want more details can read our past post: LINK

  1. I love this. Often times I end up near the 116 FDB area in hopes that lovely HH gets some attention. Things are looking good around City College
